These terms govern your use of the Parlay Business Intelligence website and analytics platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Parlay provides subscription-based analytics software for the gaming and lodging industry. Access to the platform is granted upon execution of a subscription agreement.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed annually. All future development, updates, and new features are included in your subscription at no additional cost. User accounts are unlimited.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your operational data. Parlay processes your data solely to provide the analytics services described in your subscription agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Parlay provides analytics for informational purposes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on dashboard outputs. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
